Building Information

For those purchasing a lot to build a house: Lots include tap access for water, sewer, electric, and natural gas. HVHA does not guarantee there are any physical taps/access on any lot in the Hidden Valley Homeowners Association. The cost of connecting to utilities (whether existing on a lot, or if digging is required to connect to utilities) is the sole responsibility of the lot owner.
